Entry Restrictions
Entry is only available to people 18 years and over. Councillors, directors, officers, management and employees of the Promoter and member of their immediate families are ineligible to enter the competition draw.
Competition Period
9am (local time) on 13/8/15 to close of business on 15/12/15.
Entry Method

Draw Details
There will be a draw conducted on Wednesday 16 December 2015. The draw will be a random draw from a barrel or similar. The draw will be conducted by the Mayor, a nominated Councillor or an appropriate delegate and will take place at the Orange City Council at 135 Byng Street, Orange. Members of the public are welcome to attend the draw.
Prize Details
A $1500 prize will be awarded to one random valid entry. The owner of the valid entry will be given a $1500 debit card. Prize PoolThe total prize pool is $1,500. Entry LimitsEntrants will be emailed a link to an online diary-survey each week. Entrants must complete the survey, and submit the completed survey each week in order to be eligible for the prize draw. Entrants must submit their survey within a week of being emailed the survey link. The option of completing that week’s survey will be turned off at that time. Provision will be made for entrants who do not have internet access.
Winner Notification and Publication
The winner will be notified by phone or email on the day of or following the draw. Prize Claim Date and TimePrizes must be claimed by 12.00pm (AEST) on the Monday following the Monday when their name is drawn. A redrawn prize that is unclaimed must be claimed by 12.00pm (AEST) on the Monday following the Monday when their name is drawn or the redrawn prize will be drawn again.
Unclaimed Prize Draw Details
If a prize if unclaimed then the prize will be redrawn the following Monday. If the prize from the draw (and any associated redraws) are not claimed with the prescribed period, then the prizes will continue to be redrawn on a weekly basis until a winner claims the prize. No further entries are permitted after 7 September 2015. Entries in the draw as at 16 December 2015 will remain valid until all prizes are claimed.

By entering, entrants accept these conditions.The competition will be conducted in Orange Local Government Area during the Competition Period.Entries must be received during the Competition Period. Entries are deemed to be received at the time they are received at the Promoter’s address and not at the time of submission by the entrant. The Promoter is not liable for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted or misdirected entries, claims or correspondence due to error, omission, tampering, deletion, theft, communications failure or otherwise. The Promoter has no control over communications networks and is not liable for any problems associated with them due to traffic congestion, technical malfunction or otherwise. The Promoter is not liable for any consequences of user error including (without limitation) costs incurred. Entrants who enter using multiple email addresses or aliases may be disqualified. Photocopied or scanned entries will not be accepted.The draws will be conducted at the time, dates and locations as stated in the Draw Details. The first valid entry randomly drawn from all valid entries received will win the weekly prize.The prizes are as stated in the Prize Details.All prizes are subject to the terms and conditions as imposed by the supplier of the prize, including periods of validity.If the winner of a prize is aged under the age of 18 years at the closing date of the competition, the prize will be awarded to the winner’s parent or guardian on the winner’s behalf. As a condition of accepting or participating in any prize on behalf of a winner, the winner’s parent or guardian accepts these conditions.The winners will be notified in accordance with the Winner Notification and Publication. By entering this competition, each entrant requests that his or her full address not be published.The winners must, at the Promoter’s request, participate in all promotional activity (such as publicity and photography) surrounding the winning of the prize, free of charge, and they consent to the Promoter using their name and image in promotional material.The Promoter may require winners to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency at the nominated prize delivery address. Identification considered suitable for verification is at the Promoter’s discretion.If a winning entry is deemed not to comply with these conditions of entry, the entry will be discarded and a new winner of that prize will be determined by drawing a further valid entry in accordance with paragraph 4.The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, disqualify all entries from, and prohibit further participation in this competition by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the entry process or with the operation of the competition or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent or effect of annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person.The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.The prizes are not transferable or exchangeable.If a prize has not been accepted or claimed in accordance with the Prize Claim Date and Time or if, after making all reasonable attempts, the Promoter cannot contact the drawn winner (or the drawn winner does not contact the Promoter) by the Prize Claim Date and Time, the relevant winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter will conduct such further draws in accordance with the Unclaimed Prize Draw Details as are necessary to distribute the prize/s, subject to any requirements of the gaming authorities in each state and territory. Any winner(s) in this draw will be notified as stated in the Unclaimed Prize Draw Winner Notification and Publication.The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss or loss of profits), expense, damage, personal injury or death which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person’s negligence) in connection with this competition or accepting or using any prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law). Do not reproduce without authority.If for any reason any aspect of this competition is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the competition, or invalidate any affected entries, subject to the approval of the gaming authorities in each state and territory if required.The Promoter is not liable for any tax implications arising from prize winnings. Independent financial advice should be sought.
